Egton's Secure Lite service provides you with a fully licensed, accredited and professional service that removes such equipment, and disposes of it in an environmentally and legally sound manner. Changes such as the reclassification of CRT monitors, which are now hazardous material, prohibit and restrict the landfill of such equipment that must be pre-treated in accordance with strict guidelines.

Secure disposal
Firstly, our specialist logistics team collect your loose IT equipment, palletise and return it to our head office for processing. Once equipment has been received, redundant equipment will be recycled in accordance with the highest standards of environmental legislation.
All hazardous waste, such as CRT monitors and UPS batteries will be treated in accordance with hazardous waste legislation to ensure that your business is completely compliant.
All electronic data will be eradicated and physically destroyed to approved government standards. Our service is highly accredited and fully licensed. The service is backed by ISO9001: 2000 (quality) and ISO 14001:2004 (environmental) standards whilst all our processing is full Waste Management Licensed and movement of material covered by Waste Carrier Licensing.
Environmental disposal
Reporting includes full details of each shipment processed. Each report will be backed up by a Certificate of Data Eradication and Certificate of Environmental Disposal. All data eradication is backed by £1M of Professional Indemnity Insurance.
